5 Super Easy Ways To Be Healthier Today
Our goal is to be healthy, as our modern day person faces way more health-related medical conditions compared to before.
Making these health changes is really not easy. Changing habits that you have learned and repeated for decades of your life is tough.
Here are some tips I can share with you; GOOD LUCK and remember every small step counts!
1. Switch your coffee
If you take coffee (or tea) with sweetened milk or/and sugar - try black coffee with less (or no) sugar instead!
2. Stop taking soft drinks
1 can of coke = 138 calories and a LOTTTTT of sugar. Drink more water :)
3. Take the stairs
Climb and descend the stairs instead of taking the lift - think of the leg muscles you will shape and how healthy your cardiovascular system will be with all the pumping!
Tip: Pull back your tummy and breath deeply while climbing, it helps!
4. Walk in a shopping mall or supermarket
My favourite of all, because of the aircon and you don't have to wear gym clothes. Tip: Wear shoes instead of slippers or heels, it will help you walk faster and comfortably.
5. Twist
Slowly twist and stretch your body a few times a day - you never realize how stiff you are. It also helps blood circulation and digestion. You can do it every time you go to the toilet (when you have some privacy).
