Get CREATIVE: Transform Your Festive-wear To Everyday Outfits!

Hi everyone! 2020 has been totally crazy on everyone, and especially when it fell on Raya Aidilfitri and Raya Haji, we feel like our gorgeous outfits did not see enough of the light of day due to the quarantine and social-distancing. Therefore, we have given our team a challenge to re-wear their festive-wear pieces by pairing it with more toned down or casual pieces. What do you think? Will you be doing the same?

The concept of re-wear is very simple, really. You can choose an item of clothing and pair it with something basic - like your favourite pair of jeans, your classic black pants, a basic tee or with a jacket.

Above, Vivian restyled the checkered skirt from our baju kurung set, and wore it as a slimming work wear. With the added belt detail, this look is not only professional, but also flattering to give an illusion of an hourglass figure. She also slightly shortened the length of the skirt and turn into a midi skirt which gives her a younger and trendier vibe.

 

Next, we have Azwa wearing our full checkered kurung set from our Harmoni Collection. Paired with a classic pair of Converse shoes, she looks like the stylish hijabsters, young and fun! For wearing it for work, she paired the top with a pair of black skinny jeans and a long blazer (Leanne Professional Blazer, available on our website www.misclaire.com) and voila!
